Company Policy


1) Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and only on new and "never worn" merchandise.

2) A return authorization number must be obtained via e-mail.

3) A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.

4) Shipping charges will not be credited.

5) No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.

6) Cowboy Outfitter reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns, exchanges or refunds.


1) Unless otherwise requested by the customer, all shipping will be via UPS Ground , the charge will be the actual cost of shipping.

2) Special shipping requests (i.e. overnight or Saturday delivery) will incur an additional charge.

3) Merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the order. If merchandise is on back order, the customer will be notified via e-mail as to the expected shipping date.


1) The customer will incur the actual cost of shipping.

2) The customer will be charged twice, once for the cost of the merchandise and again for the cost of shipping once the package is mailed.

3) Once the package is delivered to a carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS, Federal Express, etc...) the customer assumes all liability and responsibility.
